Its datasheet classes it as a Smart-type unit, meaning the electronics are built to be set up and read out wirelessly rather than through a front-panel switch alone — useful when the inverter ends up in an engine bay, a locker or a technical cupboard nobody wants to open twice.

The underlying job is the familiar one for a standalone system: turning stored battery power into sine-wave AC that sensitive loads will accept without complaint.
